Please note: some designs will require more than 30 minutes to complete so you may need to purchase additional time. Please look at the listing picture for examples or feel free to reach out to me with your desired image and I’ll let you know how much time to purchase

•one (1) file of any size you request will be emailed to you after completion (please allow 1-2 days to receive your first draft. )

Shipping & Processing

Shipping:

Domestic- 3-8 days
Canada-2 weeks
World- 3 weeks

Mail carriers used: USPS & UPS

Processing:

-please allow up to one week for your blanket to be shipped.
-stickers are usually shipped within 4 days
-custom digital designs are usually completed within 48 hours

Returns:

no returns are accepted. If there is a problem with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out

Cancellations are accepted and full refunds are processed within 24 hours of requesting (as long as I have not already made/shipped your order. A small fee may be deducted if product was completed)

Blankets- Receive a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. (You may still cancel your order after that timeframe but a $12 fee might be deducted if I’ve already started your order)
