Processing times will vary depending on item. On average, blankets ship within 1 week, Stickers ship within 4 days, and digital designs are usually completed within 48 hours.

Personalized Photo Items
BLANKETS⬇️
Q: can I do just 1 large photo for my blanket instead of many small ones?
A: No. I can’t print images larger than 8.5.x 11 inches (the size of a blank sheet of paper.
Q: Do you offer different blanket colors?
A: no all blankets are white or cream colored to ensure your images will come out as clear as possible☺️
Q: What if I have a different idea for a blanket?
A: you’re always welcome to send me a message with your idea to see if it’s something I can do for you 😊 my custom blankets start at $65 and go up depending on the design you’re looking for. Keep in mind that the largest I can print a single image is 8.5 x 11 so some designs might not be possible for me to create for you.
Q: can I upload any photo for you to use?
A: yes! Just make sure you are uploading a clear image. If for some reason the pictures don’t come out right on my end, I will get in contact with you via email. (If you’d like, you’re welcome to double check with me via email or DM if your design idea is ok ☺️ most designs are ok though.)

Q: can I make any extra changes to the designs you offer?
A: no, the only changes I offer are color and font (if applicable). You are welcome to upload your own design at no additional cost or you can even purchase a custom digital design from me ($4)
Q: how do I know if my design will look right on the items I choose to customize?
A: I can send a mock-up of your item in most cases 😊.
For photo blankets with text, I can send a mock-up of what your text would look like but the mock up would not include the order of the images as that’s decided as I’m making the actual blanket.

Q: I’m not sure which font to choose for the custom message on my personalized item, what can I do?
A: I offer mock-ups on my personalized items 😊 if you don’t know which font to go with, just leave me a note in the extra comments section and I can send you a mock-up of what your message would look like the font you choose as well as the other fonts I offer. I will contact you via email.
Q: why isn’t the QR code working on my personalized item?
A: first make sure your QR code is in a well lit area for scanning and not dirty or damaged as that can cause your code to not work. If problems persist, the link address could have changed and is now incorrect. Unfortunately, I have no control over that. I will always test the QR code before finishing your order to make sure it’s working properly. If there is a problem with the link I will reach out to you via email.

Q: what if I don’t want my pictures posted publicly on your social media?
A: no problem! All my personalized photo items have a little checkbox you can select labeled “don’t post me ” just check that box when you’re placing your order and I’ll know to not post you online 😊
Q: when can I expect you to post my order on your TikTok ?
A: unfortunately, I don’t always have the time to make a video of every order 🙁 there’s a 50/50 chance I will make a video just depending on how busy I am at the time of you placing your order.

Q:what’s your shipping and processing time?
A: check out the link in my bio called “Live: processing times” I update that regularly! My processing Times will vary depending on how many orders I have at the time and how busy home life is. Orders are worked on during business days. ( Please allow up to one week for blankets and custom requests to be shipped out). Domestic Shipping will be USPS or UPS with tracking included on all orders. NOTE: i usually wait to print shipping labels until I’m about to drop them off at the post office so please allow up to 5 days to receive your tracking number.

Q: what’s your return policy?
A: i do not accept returns as all items are custom made specifically for each customer but please feel free to get in contact with me if you have any concerns with your order. As a quick disclaimer and reminder: all my items are handmade, therefore I can’t guarantee that they will always be 100% flawless. While unlikely, some Images/ designs may come out slightly crooked or faded.
Q: can i cancel my order ?
A: yes possibly! If I haven’t started your order yet then I can cancel and issue a full refund. If I have started, I can still cancel the order but I would NOT be able to issue a full refund.( $12 would be kept from each blanket.) Send me a message as soon as you can with your order number 😊.
